Terms of service
Words into Music is a Savuko product operated from Poland. These terms explain how you may use our website, writing tools and song-generation service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to agree for it.
01. Who we are and how to contact us
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Savuko, the operator of Words into Music. Product, billing and account questions should go to contact@wordsintomusic.com. You can also reach the Savuko team at contact@savuko.com. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
02. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract to use the service. Give us accurate account and billing details. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Google sign-in is available where shown. Email/password registration and recovery are available only when enabled in the app. We may require email verification and apply reasonable security checks, rate limits and abuse controls. Do not create accounts to repeatedly claim introductory allowances or evade restrictions.
03. What the service does
Words into Music generates lyric drafts, song titles and audio from your written descriptions, musical preferences or supplied lyrics. The app shows available languages, recording lengths, controls and usage limits. AI output can miss your instructions, contain errors or resemble other material. Review it before publishing or relying on it.
A new generation creates a new recording. The service does not promise a specific completion time, an exact musical result, uninterrupted availability or every feature mentioned in future plans. We may update generation providers and features while preserving your mandatory consumer rights.
04. Your inputs and permissions
You retain the rights you already hold in your lyrics, prompts and other material. Submit only content you own or have permission to use. You must have permission for personal information, likenesses, names or other protected material concerning another person. Do not submit confidential information, passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal data in a prompt.
You give us a non-exclusive permission to host, transmit, process and reproduce your inputs and outputs as needed to provide the service, store your library, resolve support requests and prevent abuse. This permission does not authorize us to sell your private lyrics or publish your songs as promotional material without your permission. We use Replicate to process AI requests, as described in the privacy policy.
05. Generated music and commercial use
As between you and Savuko, you may download and use your outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of your original inputs. To the extent we hold transferable rights in output generated for you, we assign those rights to you, subject to applicable law and relevant provider restrictions.
This permission cannot grant rights belonging to someone else. AI output may not qualify for copyright protection in every country, may not be unique and may resemble output generated for others. We do not guarantee exclusive ownership, copyright registration, non-infringement or acceptance by streaming platforms, distributors or rights-management services. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for your intended use.
Do not present output as an authentic recording or endorsement by a real artist without authorization. Review commercial uses for third-party rights and follow any applicable platform disclosure rules. If a feature has additional usage restrictions, we will identify them before you use or purchase it.
06. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, deceptive impersonation, credible threats, targeted harassment, exploitation of children, hate directed at protected groups or violations of privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not distribute malware, probe systems without authorization, access another user's data or interfere with the service.
Do not bypass billing, security, generation limits or access controls. Automated use must respect the access methods and limits we provide. We may investigate reports, refuse a request, restrict abusive activity or remove infringing content. Fiction, satire and diss tracks remain subject to these rules.
07. Song credits and technical failures
One song credit pays for one audio-generation request that delivers a recording. Writing tools do not consume audio credits unless the app states otherwise. A delivered recording uses a credit even if you dislike its creative choices.
When a confirmed technical failure prevents delivery, we restore the reserved credit once. If its monthly allowance expired during processing, the replacement is a courtesy credit valid for 24 hours. A request whose provider status is uncertain can remain reserved while we reconcile it; we do not automatically start another paid request. Contact us if a recording or credit appears stuck.
08. Prices, payment and taxes
The pricing page and checkout show the available plan, amount, currency, billing interval and credit allowance. Checkout is the final source for the amount due, including any displayed taxes. Your bank may charge currency-conversion or other fees. Stripe processes payments; we do not receive your full payment card number.
Test-mode checkouts do not take real payments or create a paid entitlement outside the test environment. Free, promotional or test credits have no cash value. Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where a refund or applicable law requires it. Prices for future purchases may change. We will notify you before a material change affects a renewing subscription.
09. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans renew each year until canceled. By completing subscription checkout, you authorize the recurring payments shown there. Yearly plans are paid upfront but release the plan's song allowance monthly, not all at once. Unused subscription credits expire at the next monthly allowance boundary and do not roll over.
Cancel renewal through the billing portal linked from your account, or contact us if you cannot access it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. An annual subscription continues its monthly allowances through that paid annual term. If renewal payment fails, no new allowance is granted until the qualifying payment succeeds.
Plan changes scheduled in the app take effect at the end of the current paid term, without mid-term proration or an immediate replacement allowance. For annual plans, this means the annual renewal date. You can cancel a scheduled change before it takes effect.
10. One-time packs
Anyone with an eligible account may buy a credit pack, including subscribers. Purchased credits do not expire and stay available after subscription cancellation. We use expiring subscription credits before purchased credits. Keep your account accessible to use its balance. Credits associated with a refunded or disputed payment may be removed; this does not remove your right to challenge a payment or claim a lawful refund.
11. Refunds and consumer rights
If you have not used any paid credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that purchase by emailing contact@wordsintomusic.com with the account email and payment reference. Requests concerning used credits, renewals, accidental purchases or disputed delivery are reviewed individually. Confirmed duplicate or unauthorized charges should be reported promptly.
Subscription cancellation stops future renewal; it does not itself request a refund. A refund can revoke unused credits associated with the refunded payment. Technical failures follow the credit-restoration process above.
Nothing in these terms removes statutory remedies for defective digital content or services. Where applicable, consumers have a withdrawal period, often 14 days for an online purchase. We do not treat these terms alone, a login or a generation request as an express waiver of that right. Any lawful loss of withdrawal rights through immediate digital delivery requires the separate information, consent and acknowledgment required by applicable law. You may exercise a withdrawal right by sending us a clear statement identifying the purchase and your wish to withdraw.
12. Library, deletion and account closure
Your saved songs are available through your account. Download recordings you want to keep independently; the library is not a substitute for your own backup. You can delete a recording in the library. This removes the active recording and stored audio, but related generation, payment or security records may remain as explained in the privacy policy.
For account closure or a wider deletion request, email contact@wordsintomusic.com. Cancellation and deletion are separate actions. Before requesting closure, cancel renewal, download anything you want to retain and tell us about unresolved payments or credits. We will explain how closure affects an active subscription and any remaining balance. Deletion does not automatically create a cash refund.
13. Complaints and rights reports
For an intellectual-property or content complaint, send the relevant recording or page reference, a description of the rights or harm involved, your contact details and enough evidence for us to review it. We may ask for clarification, restrict access during a review and notify the affected account where appropriate. We may restrict repeated infringement or serious misuse. Do not submit knowingly false reports.
14. Availability, changes and ending the service
We may pause features for maintenance, security or provider outages. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unpaid charges or serious breaches. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and offer a way to resolve it. Urgent safety or legal concerns may require immediate action.
If we permanently discontinue paid services, we will give reasonable notice where possible, allow an opportunity to download your recordings and address unused paid value and any refunds required by law. Changes to these terms will carry an updated date. Material changes will be communicated before they apply; they will not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights.
15. Responsibility and limits
You are responsible for the material you submit and how you use or distribute output. We are responsible for providing the service with the care and obligations required by applicable law. AI results and third-party services carry limitations; we do not promise that every result will meet a particular creative or commercial purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unforeseeable losses, indirect business losses or losses caused by misuse of the service. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or protected consumer rights. No provision requires you to waive a statutory warranty or remedy.
16. Law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory protections that apply in your country of habitual residence. Consumers may use the courts, supervisory authorities and other dispute routes available under applicable law; these terms do not require exclusive jurisdiction or mandatory arbitration.
Contact contact@wordsintomusic.com first if you need help resolving a complaint. For the Savuko team, use contact@savuko.com. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
