[Verse] Last train leaving, I am counting out change Same old platform but the plans rearranged Bag on my shoulder and a crease in my coat Wrote the next chapter on the back of a note Worked late shifts with a head full of sound Kept one promise when the lights went down Step through the doors, let the city roll past Not every good thing has to happen so fast [Chorus] Last train, lights on, taking my time One more stop and the morning is mine Last train, lights on, leave it behind Got a new page and a beat in my mind [Verse] Window shows a face I am starting to know Used to say someday, now I am ready to go No big speech, just a seat and a view A little less noise and a thing I can do [Chorus] Last train, lights on, taking my time One more stop and the morning is mine Last train, lights on, leave it behind Got a new page and a beat in my mind
Start with a verse or a story.
Paste lyrics you have written, or describe what you want to say. A scene gives the draft somewhere to start: the last train home, a group chat that never makes plans, or the moment you decided to try again. Read the lines before you turn them into audio.
Tell the rap maker how it should sound.
A beat needs more than a genre name. Try dry boom bap drums and a piano loop, sparse trap percussion and deep bass, or a melodic hook over warm keys. Add a tempo and describe the delivery: relaxed, punchy or fast. These are directions for a new recording, rather than a promise to reproduce a particular artist.
Make room for the hook.
Keep the main phrase short enough to repeat. Read a verse aloud and cut crowded lines. Section labels help separate verses from the chorus. For a stronger contrast, ask for quieter verses and a hook that opens up.
Keep the take you like.
Listen to your rap song in your library, save it and download the MP3. Want a different beat or another delivery? Change the direction and make a new version. Each delivered recording uses one song credit.

Questions about making rap songs?
Still have questions?
Ask us about lyrics, beats or making your first rap song.
Can I use my own rap lyrics?
Yes. Choose Use my lyrics and paste your verse and hook. Use section labels such as [Verse] and [Chorus], then describe the beat and delivery in The sound.
Can the AI rap generator write the words too?
Yes. Describe the story you want to rap about. You can preview and edit a lyric draft before creating the recording. If you only need words, use the free rap lyrics generator.
Can I make a rap beat without vocals?
Yes. Turn on Instrumental only and describe the drums, bass, instruments and tempo. The lyric field and song-language choice are disabled for instrumentals.
How long can my rap song be?
Choose a target between one and three minutes. The finished recording may differ slightly from that target. You can listen to it in your library and download the MP3.
Is it free to make a rap song?
Writing tools are free with a verified account and have usage limits. Audio generation uses song credits from a subscription or a one-time pack. One delivered recording uses one song credit.
Can I change the flow after I hear it?
You can change the lyrics or musical direction and generate a new recording. That uses another song credit. It does not edit a section of the existing audio or guarantee the same voice or beat.
